About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for its First Aid and Safety organization. The instructor facilitates training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics; sells and schedules training; and up-sells safety and first aid products to training customers. The role also works with the service team to support customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating.
• Business-to-Business, industrial, and/or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and provide instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
• Sell and schedule training.
• Up-sell safety and first aid products to training customers.
• Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
