About The Position

World Business Lenders provides short-term, real-estate-collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The company is U.S.-based and has a 100% remote workforce. This is a remote contract/consultant position with working hours of 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Excellent written and spoken English is required, and resumes must be submitted in English. The Training Analyst coordinates Basic Training and onboarding for new hires, works with department leaders to develop role-specific Advanced Individual Training (AIT), and maintains accurate, audit-ready training records. The role keeps training content organized and current with company policies, standard operating procedures, and communications. It also tracks training completion, follows up on outstanding requirements, and flags content gaps.
