Trainer – Systems, Process & Technology
About The Position
Allesco Industries is seeking a creative, technology-minded Trainer to shape how the organization trains employees, shares knowledge, and uses technology. This is a broad, hands-on training role spanning departments and locations, partnering with HR, Quality, the Tech Team, department leaders, and subject-matter experts to develop practical training for company systems, processes, procedures, policies, and technology. The Trainer will advance the organization’s use of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI by developing training, keeping up with evolving capabilities, and helping employees use these tools to work more efficiently and collaboratively. The role also supports onboarding, cross-training, system and process rollouts, and training activities within the ISO 9001 quality environment. The Trainer will create a range of training materials, deliver individual and group instruction, coordinate training projects, and track progress, documentation, completion, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Strong training, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools.
- Genuine interest in AI and commitment to continually learning and experimenting with new capabilities.
- Ability to translate technology into practical ways employees can work more efficiently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging written, visual, and video content.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and different areas of a business.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and subject-matter experts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training initiatives across departments and locations.
- Develop practical training for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI focused on improving efficiency and collaboration.
- Stay current with evolving AI capabilities, including Copilot, chat prompts, agents, integrated apps, and emerging tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Quality, and department leaders on training for company policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
- Create engaging written, visual, presentation, and video training content.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training and support subject-matter experts in training their areas.
- Support onboarding, cross-training, and new system or process rollouts.
- Manage training projects and track progress, documentation, completion, and follow-up.
- Support training activities and documentation within the ISO 9001 quality environment.
- Help improve the consistency and effectiveness of training throughout the organization.
