About The Position

Allesco Industries is seeking a creative, technology-minded Trainer to develop and coordinate practical training across departments and locations. The role partners with HR, Quality, the Tech Team, department leaders, and subject-matter experts to create training for company systems, processes, procedures, policies, and technology. A key focus is advancing how the organization uses Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI. The Trainer will stay current with evolving AI capabilities and translate technology and business knowledge into effective learning experiences. The position includes developing written, visual, presentation, and video content; delivering one-on-one and group training; supporting onboarding, cross-training, and new system or process rollouts; managing training projects and follow-up; and supporting training documentation in an ISO 9001 quality environment. The role offers opportunities to learn about multiple areas of the business, experiment with new technology, improve processes, and contribute visibly to how employees learn and work.

Requirements

Strong training, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools.
Genuine interest in AI and commitment to continually learning and experimenting with new capabilities.
Ability to translate technology into practical ways employees can work more efficiently and collaboratively.
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
Creativity and ability to develop engaging written, visual, and video content.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and different areas of a business.
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and subject-matter experts.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training initiatives across departments and locations.
Develop practical training for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI, with a focus on improving efficiency and collaboration.
Stay current with evolving AI capabilities, including Copilot, chat prompts, agents, integrated apps, and emerging tools.
Collaborate with HR, Quality, department leaders, and subject-matter experts on training for company policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
Create engaging written, visual, presentation, and video training content.
Conduct one-on-one and group training and support subject-matter experts in training their areas.
Support onboarding, cross-training, and new system or process rollouts.
Manage training projects and track progress, documentation, completion, and follow-up.
Support training activities and documentation within the ISO 9001 quality environment.
Help improve the consistency and effectiveness of training throughout the organization.
