About The Position

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Trainer to support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of training or instructional experience required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and instructional design skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with training tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in contact center, healthcare, or human services environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with staff orientation and onboarding programs
  • Develop and deliver training materials and learning modules
  • Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
  • Communicate program or policy updates to staff
  • Support quality improvement initiatives through training
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Assist with staff development initiatives and special projects
