About The Position
Automated Health Systems is seeking a Trainer to support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of training or instructional experience required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and instructional design skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with training tools
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in contact center, healthcare, or human services environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with staff orientation and onboarding programs
- Develop and deliver training materials and learning modules
- Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
- Communicate program or policy updates to staff
- Support quality improvement initiatives through training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Assist with staff development initiatives and special projects
