About The Position

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing outbound call center. This is NOT a cold-calling position. You'll speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services, helping qualify leads and schedule appointments for our in-home sales team. If you're outgoing, energetic, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you!

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work evening and/or weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners who have previously requested information about our services
• Schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Accurately document customer conversations in our CRM
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment
