About The Position

The Trainer is responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). The role helps new members work toward their fitness goals by designing simple workout programs and teaching them to use equipment properly and safely. The Trainer also supports front desk operations, member service, and club cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
Consult with members about their fitness goals and instruct them on proper and safe equipment use.
Create engaging ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
Create bi-weekly updates featuring a variety of exercises.
Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
Assist with front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, giving tours to prospective members, and updating member account information.
Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating them to a Team Lead, MIT, or Club Manager as needed.
Help maintain the club’s neatness, cleanliness, and appearance.
