The Resilient Communities Training Coordinator will report directly to the Resilient Communities and PACEs Education Program Manager, playing a crucial role in supporting the implementation of initiatives aimed at addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and promoting Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) within Davidson County. This position will primarily focus on coordinating, organizing, and supporting community training related to PACEs, resilience, trauma-informed practices, and behavioral health initiatives in the reduction of opioid use and misuse. The coordinator will ensure that all training and educational materials are culturally responsive, accessible, community-informed, and delivered in a timely and effective manner to diverse audiences across Davidson County. This position is critical in helping the program respond to the growing community demand for PACEs, resilience, and trauma-informed training across Davidson County while maintaining high-quality and culturally responsive educational offerings. The Training Coordinator will be a dynamic and detail-oriented leader who can facilitate the day-to-day training and educational needs of the PACEs and Resilient Communities program and the Behavioral Health and Wellness Division at Metro Public Health Department. This role will support collaboration with community partners, trainers, and stakeholders to strengthen the consistency, quality, and reach of resilience-building and prevention education efforts throughout the community.
