Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 3+ years Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience required.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with virtual office technology and equipment, including Zoom, Teams, Etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely responses to internal / external customers in accordance with established service standards.
  • Ultimate ownership of the client relationship. Including and understanding of the customer strategic and priorities and how fleet impacts the clients organization
  • Responsible for developing, supporting and/or executing strategic initiatives
  • Work cohesively with Client Admins, teammates and internal contacts.
  • Understand client data, aid in reporting development, and monitors client KPIs.
  • Ability to influence decision-making through proactive engagement, recommendations, and creative solutions.
  • Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinates with ARI departments to resolve in a timely manner
  • Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
