Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing work (internship, job, athletics, etc.)
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Willing to operate in a high-activity, outbound environment (calls, email, LinkedIn daily)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build rapport quickly
  • Coachable with a high willingness to learn and improve consistently
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; ability to travel locally (20–30%)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at local and national brands
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos
  • Build and maintain a clean, active pipeline in CRM
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to move deals forward
  • Support active deals through coordination, client communication, and internal follow-ups
  • Gain hands-on exposure to order flow, production timelines, and client deliverables
  • Hit weekly activity targets and pipeline goals
  • Run discovery and present solutions independently
  • Own deals from first touch through close
  • Manage a full pipeline and revenue target
  • Develop full-cycle sales capability, including execution and client management
  • Participate in on-site client interactions (e.g., vehicle measurements, project coordination)
  • Transition into a full Account Executive role based on performance
