About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Trailer Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing, fabricating, and maintaining trailer bodies and components to ensure safety, durability, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing solid, reliable work.

Requirements

1+ Welding and fabrication experience
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fabricate metal
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Experience working on trailers, truck bodies, or heavy equipment preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication on trailer bodies, frames, and components
Repair structural damage, floors, doors, roofs, panels, and undercarriages
Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts using hand and power tools
Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and work orders
Perform body repairs including straightening, replacing panels, and reinforcing structures
Inspect trailers for damage and determine repair needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
Perform body swaps
