About The Position

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician / Reefer Technician to repair and maintain the reefer units at our Reyes Beverage Group facility in Grand Prairie. You will primarily be working on Carrier equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing Carrier refrigeration equipment.
• Assisting with diagnosing and detailed inspections of complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software.
• Completing thorough documentation of work orders for repairs through the online AssetWorks system.
• Installing trailer refrigeration, heating units, and external graphics.
• Possibly performing basic welding, metal cutting, and installation of hydraulic liftgate components.
• Other duties as assigned.
