About The Position

Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. The company provides traffic control services across the eastern United States. Crew Members are dispatched from home directly to job sites and guide traffic safely through work zones using appropriate equipment and communication. They assist Crew Leaders with setting up and maintaining work zones. This outdoor, team-based role offers varied work and contributes to public safety and infrastructure development. The listed pay range is $16.50–$19.30 per hour, with weekly pay. The position offers advancement opportunities, including the possibility of becoming a Crew Leader within 30–90 days, as well as promotional and training development bonuses. Overtime may be available in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle, and be able to drive independently to and from job sites; ride-sharing and drop-offs are not permitted.
Must have a satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements, verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Must be available Monday through Friday, as early as 6 a.m. through late afternoon.
Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift up to 30–50 pounds, and work outdoors in various conditions.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Must obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6 inches in height.
Must use approved two-way radios.
