About The Position

Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. The company provides traffic control services across the eastern United States. Crew Members are dispatched directly from home to job sites and work outdoors as part of a team. Flaggers guide traffic safely through work zones using appropriate equipment and communication, and assist Crew Leaders in setting up and maintaining work zones. The role contributes to public safety and infrastructure development. The listed pay range is $16.50–$19.30 per hour, with weekly pay. Advancement opportunities may include promotion to Crew Leader in as little as 30–90 days, with promotional and training development bonuses described in the posting.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required; employees must drive themselves to and from job sites. Ride-sharing and drop-offs are not permitted.
Satisfactory driving record meeting company vehicle driving requirements, verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Availability Monday through Friday, as early as 6 a.m. through late afternoon.
Ability to stand for 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles per day, lift up to 30–50 pounds, and work outdoors in various conditions.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Must obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6 inches in height.
Approved two-way radios.
