About The Position

Lane Logix is hiring traffic control flaggers in Mansfield, Canton, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Both drivers and non-drivers are welcome. The company provides transportation to and from jobsites in company trucks. Non-drivers may be picked up at home by qualified drivers assigned to their crew. Drivers with a valid license and good driving record who meet company insurance requirements may be authorized to take a company truck home and transport assigned crew members safely to and from jobsites.

Day-shift pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Night-shift opportunities on designated projects may pay up to $21.00 per hour. Additional earning opportunities may be available on prevailing-wage projects. Qualified full-time drivers may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Eligible employees without disciplinary issues may receive hourly increases of $0.25 at 90, 180, and 270 days and one year. Advancement and traffic control certification opportunities are also available. Night-shift positions and premium pay are project-specific and depend on assignment and availability.

Requirements

• For drivers: a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Drivers must meet company insurance requirements to be authorized to drive a company truck home.
• Non-drivers are welcome; a driver's license or personal vehicle is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic control flagging work.
• For qualified drivers authorized by the company, pick up assigned crew members and safely transport them to and from jobsites.
• For qualified drivers authorized by the company, transport the company truck and potentially take it home.
