As a Traffic Control Flagger, you work with a team at job sites to help manage traffic safely. No experience or degree is needed; the company provides training and support. Safety is the priority. The work is outdoors year-round and may take place in changing weather. Shifts may change based on job needs, and some night, weekend, or emergency work may be required. You may stand or walk for 8 to 12 hours per shift. The company provides a hard hat, safety goggles, safety vest, safety whistle, walkie-talkie, and cold- and hot-weather gear. You must provide your own steel-toe safety boots that go above the ankle.
