About The Position

Cetera is seeking a Trading Specialist based in its St. Cloud, Minnesota office. Requirements

• Organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general databases.
• Desire to expand knowledge of equity trading; this is a prerequisite position for the licensed Trader position.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative requests from field representatives, including trade corrections and mutual fund conversions.
• Complete information requests from external agencies.
• Support the Trading Desk in servicing clients.
• Explain trading procedures to representatives and other customers, answer questions, and provide quotes.
• Research and resolve issues in the trading area.
• Ensure that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards.
