About The Position

Join Bunge, a leading global agribusiness and food company, as a Trading Manager Grains and Oilseeds – Morocco based in Casablanca. You will be at the heart of coordinating trading activities between our global trading teams and customers in Morocco, contributing to the continued development and growth of our grains and oilseeds business in the country. In this position, you will manage the trading and marketing of grains and oilseeds in Morocco. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with millers, feed producers, and distributors, while ensuring efficient execution and profitability of trades from origin to final destination. The Moroccan market is well-established and competitive, with strong local players and structured import flows. Your role will be to further strengthen Bunge’s position by combining local market knowledge with access to global supply and trading capabilities. You will work closely with global trading desks as well as internal teams including Execution, Freight, Finance, and Contract Administration to ensure smooth and compliant operations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager North & West Africa, based in Geneva. In this role, you will take over and further develop Bunge’s grains and oilseeds activities in Morocco, building on an existing footprint while identifying opportunities for growth. You will join our established Casablanca office and work closely with an experienced and collaborative team. This role offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to take ownership of commercial activities in a key regional market. As the business continues to grow, there is clear potential for this position to evolve into a people management role. The ideal candidate understands the Moroccan market well, knows the key customers, and can operate with a high level of autonomy. It is important that you bring a strong commercial mindset and an international perspective, enabling you to connect local opportunities with our global trading platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading, sales, or business development; Candidates with more years of relevant experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in grains and oilseeds is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Moroccan market and familiarity with key customers
  • Ability to operate in a structured but fast-moving trading environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers
  • Fluency in English, Arabic and French is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Drive trading activities in Morocco, delivering growth in volumes, margins, and P&L performance
  • Maintain and expand a strong customer portfolio and originate new business opportunities
  • Own and manage trading P&L with accurate reporting and performance tracking
  • Provide market intelligence to support pricing decisions and regional strategy
  • Ensure efficient and compliant execution of contracts end-to-end
  • Apply pricing and risk management tools (e.g. CBOT, hedging)
  • Support logistics planning and trade flows in coordination with local and global teams
  • Operate within company risk and compliance frameworks
