About The Position
The Trades Technician I - Groundskeeper maintains hospital buildings and grounds in a safe, sound, and aesthetically pleasing condition that supports a therapeutic atmosphere for patients and pleasant working conditions for staff. This is a part-time, hourly position paid for hours worked, with no benefits.
Requirements
- Experience operating equipment and tools used for grounds maintenance.
- Ability to perform the department’s daily tasks and work independently.
- Ability to maintain records for daily routines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
Responsibilities
