About The Position

ICE Trade Operations is part of a support organization responsible for the daily operations of multiple derivatives exchanges. The team provides first-line support for customers using ICE’s proprietary trading systems and conducts real-time trade surveillance of futures markets. As a primary customer touchpoint, Trade Operations helps customers efficiently support the trades and operations essential to their businesses.

The Trade Operations Analyst is the front line for trading platform customers. The role requires familiarity with ICE products, markets, and operations and contributes to ICE’s commitment to customer service, integrity, and transparency in financial marketplaces.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of commodity markets, financial trading, or the equity brokerage business.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Team-player approach and commitment to serving customers and their needs.
• Working knowledge of at least one of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to futures markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time surveillance of electronic trading activity in ICE Futures products.
• Provide training on the ICE website, trading platform functionality, and trading information for OTC and futures markets.
• Respond quickly to customers, providing functionality support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Support new and existing companies in using proprietary systems efficiently by resolving issues, problem-solving, and providing training.
• Monitor system health and usage, escalating recurring or high-priority issues.
• Produce operational reports to provide metrics and track queries.
