About The Position

The Trade Compliance Operations Analyst supports routine global trade compliance operations and assists with trade compliance projects. Under close supervision, the analyst performs basic global trade and compliance transactions, helps ensure compliance, and supports continuous improvement in alignment with business strategy and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience or knowledge with export or trade compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine global trade and compliance operations activities within a country or region, including transactions aligned with business strategy and objectives.
• Validate export transaction data and document requirements to complete cross-border filings and clearance.
• Support regular audits and assessments of trade transactions to help ensure compliance with regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
• Review trade documents—including invoices, preferential trade documentation, shipping documents, export licenses, and other cross-border documents—for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.
• Maintain trade documentation records according to guidelines.
• Interact with internal and external collaborators and partners to assist with implementing cross-border trade solutions.
• Collaborate on analysis of key performance indicators and perform basic analysis for compliance operations in the designated location.
• Assist with internal global trade and compliance projects supporting operational process or policy improvements.
