About The Position

The Trade Compliance Operations Analyst supports routine global trade compliance operations and trade compliance projects. Under close supervision, the role performs basic global trade and compliance transactions, helps ensure compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement in support of business strategy and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience or knowledge with export or trade compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine global trade and compliance operations activities within a country or region, including execution of transactions aligned with business strategy and objectives.
• Validate export transactional data and document requirements for cross-border filings and clearance.
• Support regular audits and assessments of trade transactions to help ensure compliance with regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
• Review trade documents—including invoices, preferential trade documentation, shipping documents, export licenses, and other cross-border documents—for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and fiscal requirements; maintain records according to guidelines.
• Interact with internal and external collaborators and partners to assist with implementing cross-border trade solutions.
• Collaborate on analysis of key performance indicators and perform basic analysis for compliance operations in the designated location.
• Assist with internal global trade and compliance projects to support operational process or policy improvements.
