About The Position

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Operations provides market knowledge, technical expertise, customer service, and tools that support global functions. ICE Trade Operations supports daily operations for multiple derivatives exchanges, provides first-line assistance to customers using proprietary trading systems, and conducts real-time surveillance of futures markets. The Trade Operations Analyst is the front line for trading platform customers and applies knowledge of ICE products, markets, and operations to support customer service, integrity, and transparency in financial marketplaces.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of commodity markets, financial trading, or the equity brokerage business.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to serving customers and their needs.
• Working knowledge of at least one of Salesforce, ServiceNow, or MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to futures markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time surveillance of electronic trading activity in ICE Futures products.
• Train customers on the ICE website, trading platform functionality, and trading information for OTC and futures markets.
• Respond promptly to customers with functionality support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Support new and existing companies in using proprietary systems efficiently, including resolving issues, problem-solving, and training.
• Monitor system health and usage, escalating recurring or high-priority issues.
• Produce operational reports with metrics and query tracking.
