About The Position

HEICO is seeking a Trade Compliance Export Administrator for a full-time, direct-hire position in Hollywood, Florida. The role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s trade compliance activities follow applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Sales and Customer Support. The Trade Compliance Export Administrator is an Empowered Official of HEICO Parts Group and works with customer service and sales teams to ensure trade compliance documents are received, reviewed, and implemented appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, trade compliance certification, or 1–3 years of experience in domestic and international trade.
• Ability to make independent judgments regarding the interpretation and application of U.S. Export Regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FTSR, and U.S. Customs regulations and practices.
• Highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently while meeting deadlines and managing a high volume of work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask successfully in a time-pressured environment.
• Ability to work with team members at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and internal training within HEICO Parts Group on ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations, OFAC sanctions, Customs, and other applicable U.S. trade compliance requirements.
• Work daily with customer service and sales teams to ensure proper trade compliance documents are received, reviewed, and implemented.
• Support implementation and maintenance of corporate trade compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Monitor changes to trade laws and regulations.
