About The Position

HEICO is seeking a Trade Compliance Export Administrator for a full-time direct-hire position in Hollywood, Florida. The position is responsible for ensuring the company’s trade compliance activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. It reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales and Customer Support. The role serves as an Empowered Official of HEICO Parts Group and provides compliance guidance and training, supports compliance policies and procedures, conducts audits and assessments, and monitors changes to trade laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, trade compliance certification, or 1–3 years of experience in domestic and international trade.
• Ability to make independent judgments regarding the interpretation and application of U.S. Export Regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FTSR, and U.S. Customs regulations and practices.
• Highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, meet deadlines, and manage a high volume of work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask successfully in a time-pressured environment.
• Ability to work with team members at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and internal training within HEICO Parts Group on ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations, OFAC sanctions, Customs, and other applicable U.S. trade compliance requirements.
• Serve as an Empowered Official of HEICO Parts Group.
• Work daily with customer service and sales teams to ensure trade compliance documents are received, reviewed, and implemented appropriately.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Corporate Trade Compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and government regulations.
• Monitor changes to trade laws and regulations.
