About The Position

The Tower Mixing Operator batches, measures, and mixes materials and safely and efficiently operates manufacturing equipment. The operator prepares caulking materials to support daily production goals, accurately reads and follows batch tickets, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior operator or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to tolerate heat while wearing protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix product components according to batch forms.
• Verify weights and measurements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with training team members.
• Communicate with supervisors and collaborate with departments.
• Operate forklifts after certification.
• Lift and move 50 lbs. or more.
