1st Shift Mixing Operator
About The Position
The Mixing Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, producing adhesives and sealants. The role handles the addition of raw materials and chemicals to mixing equipment and follows batch orders to ensure correct ingredient additions and machine settings. The operator follows safety and quality standards, pulls samples, monitors the manufacturing process, and maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis. The role is classified as non-exempt and may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.
Requirements
- Able to lift 60 pounds frequently.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Experience monitoring batch quality.
- Experience with mixing equipment controls, barcode scanning, or production reporting.

- One year of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
