About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is searching for a self-driven, safety-conscious Tower Crew Foreman to direct wireless field operations, mentor technicians, and drive high-quality execution across our project sites. As a hands-on field leader, you will supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless communication projects. Your primary focus will be keeping your team safe, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Performing a variety of New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications as well as Microwave.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews
Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification
Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing
Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
