About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking a self-driven, safety-conscious Tower Crew Foreman to direct wireless field operations, mentor technicians, and drive high-quality execution across project sites. This is a hands-on field leadership role where you will supervise a crew of 2 to 6 Tower Technicians on daily wireless communication projects, focusing on safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. The role involves performing a variety of New Site Construction, Carrier Upgrades and Modifications, and Microwave projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of telecom tower experience, including direct leadership of field crews.
Valid Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
Deep knowledge of rigging, hoisting, safety planning, RF systems, PIM testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.
Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Must be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide a crew with minimal supervision.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
