About The Position

As our Microwave Tower Foreman, you will be the field leader running our deployment teams, guiding daily safety, technical execution, and client satisfaction. • Valid Competent Climber/Tower Rescue certification and OSHA 30 are required.
  • Deep understanding of RF math, line sweep testing, microwave path alignment procedures, and waveguide connectors/termination.
  • Knowledge of Aviat systems is required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory (DOT medical card or CDL is a strong plus).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends when critical network cutovers, tight client deadlines, or weather delays demand it.
