About The Position

Daybreak Metro is hiring repossession agents to locate, safely secure, and tow vehicles to the appropriate company yard. Agents have access to camera car drivers who scan for vehicles and to office staff who provide support. The company provides the tools and resources agents need to do the work.

New hires receive approximately two weeks of paid training with experienced field agents. Training covers hands-on work, tow truck operation, multiplatform system software, personal safety, and applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time opportunity with a $16.90-per-hour base rate and productivity bonuses paid each payroll. The posting states total annual earnings of $65,000 to $85,000 or more, with uncapped earnings. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
• Must have an acceptable driving record; minor offenses are acceptable.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must provide three solid references.
• Ability to work and communicate well with other team members.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Initiative and ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
• Ability to remain professional in stressful situations.
• Excellent observation skills and a safety-first approach.
• Ability to act discreetly and keep information confidential.
