Requirements

• 1+ years of wheel-lift experience.
• Self-starter with clean, tight pulls.
• Calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven.
• Clean MVR.
• Drug-free.
• Age 24+ (for insurance purposes).

• Operate a repossession truck with a focus on clean, tight pulls.
• Utilize AI-driven tech including LPR, route intel, and real-time ops.
• Adhere to compliance first procedures and safety standards.
• Engage in nights/weekends rotation.
• Potentially advance into Team Lead, Trainer, LPR Specialist, and Ops roles.
