About The Position

Daybreak Metro is seeking full-time repossession agents to locate, safely secure, and tow vehicles to the appropriate company yard. The role is suited to experienced field agents and to an ambitious, self-motivated person who can work with little supervision. Agents have support from camera car drivers who scan for vehicles and from office staff, along with tools and resources intended to help them succeed. Earnings are listed as $65,000–$85,000 per year, with a $16.90 per hour base and productivity bonuses paid each payroll. New hires receive approximately two weeks of paid training with experienced field agents, covering hands-on work, tow truck operation, multiplatform system software, personal safety, and applicable laws and regulations. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
• Must have an acceptable driving record; minor offenses are acceptable.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must provide three solid references.
• Work and communicate well with other team members.
• Be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Show initiative and the ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
• Remain professional in stressful situations.
• Have excellent observation skills and put safety first.
• Act discreetly and keep information confidential.

Nice To Haves

• Basic automobile knowledge.
