Tow Truck - Repossession Agent
About The Position
Daybreak Metro is seeking full-time experienced field agents and ambitious, self-motivated candidates for repossession work. Agents locate vehicles, safely secure them, and tow them to the appropriate company yard. Camera car drivers help scan for vehicles, and office staff provide support and resources to help agents succeed. New hires receive approximately two weeks of paid training with experienced field agents. Training includes hands-on instruction, tow truck operation, multiplatform system software, personal safety, and applicable laws and regulations. The position offers a base rate of $16.60 per hour plus productivity bonuses paid each payroll. Total earnings are described as $60,000 to $80,000 or more, with uncapped earnings. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance requirements.
- Must have an acceptable driving record; minor offenses are acceptable.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must provide three solid references.
- Ability to work and communicate well with team members.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Initiative and ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
- Ability to remain professional in stressful situations.
- Excellent observation skills, with safety as a priority.
- Ability to act discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Basic automobile knowledge.
- Previous tow truck and/or flatbed experience.
Responsibilities
