Tow Truck - Repossession Agent
About The Position
Daybreak Metro is seeking full-time experienced field agents and offers an opportunity to an ambitious, self-motivated candidate. Repossession agents locate vehicles, safely secure them, and tow them to the appropriate company yard. Camera car drivers help locate vehicles, and office staff provide support and resources. The position offers a set five-day schedule and total earnings of $37,000 to $50,000 or more, with a $16.60-per-hour base rate and productivity bonuses paid each payroll. New hires receive approximately two weeks of paid training with experienced field agents. Training includes hands-on instruction, tow truck operation, multiplatform system software, personal safety, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance requirements.
- Must have an acceptable driving record; minor offenses are acceptable.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must provide three solid references.
- Work and communicate well with other team members.
- Be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Possess initiative and the ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
- Remain professional in stressful situations.
- Have excellent observation skills and prioritize safety.
- Act discreetly and keep information confidential.
Nice To Haves
- Basic automobile knowledge.
- Previous tow truck and/or flatbed experience.
