About The Position
Join our vibrant team at Excalibur as a Tournament of Kings Showroom Clerk and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences! You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays – Box Office Operations range from 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties
- Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service
- Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types
- Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details
- Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits
- Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette
