About The Position

The Miller Brewery Tour Guide works with the Guest Relations Team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, providing customer service and a positive, informative, and quality experience for guests. The position conducts public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic buildings on the Milwaukee Campus, engaging guests with entertaining information about brewery operations and history. The guide maintains a safe customer experience by adhering to MCBC safety protocols. The position reports to the Tour Operations Supervisor and is scheduled for 30–39 hours per week Thursday through Monday.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform significant daily walking and stair climbing.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide an inviting atmosphere and strong customer service for guests.
