Tour Desk Agents will welcome our guests, go over any previously agreed upon incentives, and will prepare our prospective buyers for their tours. This role involves effectively checking guests into and out of tour assignments, coordinating general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA, and providing clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management. The position also entails helping with routine and special projects, assisting with researching, resolving, and documenting internal and external issues, and compiling and distributing daily and weekly statistical data. Additionally, the role includes coordinating general office administration such as correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory, as well as answering multi-line phones, taking messages, and answering general questions regarding complaints and inquiries.
