Tour Desk Agents will welcome our guests, go over any previously agreed upon incentives, and will prepare our prospective buyers for their tours. This role involves effectively checking guests into and out of tour assignments, coordinating general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA, and providing clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management. The position also assists with routine and special projects, helps research, resolve, and document internal and external issues, and compiles and distributes daily and weekly statistical data to management. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, supply inventory, and answering multi-line phones, taking messages, and addressing general complaints and inquiries.
