About The Position

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to guests with reservations, focusing on marketing packages and the Latitudes program. The agent will handle guest communications regarding hotel and tour moves, manage confirmations and cancellations via email, and assist management with various special projects. These projects may include data cleanup, responding to guest emails, and managing the unassigned room report.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years call center experience preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs.
  • Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Must possess basic data entry and word processing skills.
  • Must have the ability to look up dates while servicing guests on the phone.
  • Ability to input accurate notes pertaining to guest contact and/or needs.
  • Requires superior organizational and tracking skills.
  • Ability to navigate through the Internet while on the phone with the guest.

Nice To Haves

  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to guests with reservations that have balances on their marketing packages and/or open Contracts with our Latitudes program.
  • Provide voice and administrative support for guests requiring "hotel moves" or "tour moves" to ensure guest expectations are communicated and accurate.
  • Reach out to guests who have replied "no" to text confirmations.
  • Manage email inboxes for confirmations and cancellations.
  • Assist management with special projects, including data cleanup, responding to guest emails, managing the "unassigned room report," and other assigned tasks.
