About The Position

The Tote Room Technician is responsible for scanning and preparing prescriptions for delivery. The role may also involve scanning delivery sheets and performing other light warehouse duties. Tote Room Technicians help ensure products are packed accurately for customers while supporting the company's goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
• Sort prescriptions and products according to facility units, locations, and delivery times.
• Scan medication pending for delivery into the tote assigned to each facility.
• Verify the inventory accuracy of individual totes against the nightly exception report.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
• Work toward the company goal of exceeding customer expectations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Help with delivery sheet scanning and other light warehouse duties as needed.
