Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, HR, or related program
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Compensation Program Integration: Help document current compensation practices and identify gaps or redundancies
• Assist in analyzing the acquired company's existing compensation structures and benefits programs
• Support the development of integration plans to align compensation policies with Amex GBT standards
• Sales Compensation Plan Alignment: Support the review and analysis of sales compensation plans from both organizations
• Help develop recommendations for unified sales incentive structures
• Assist in creating communication materials explaining compensation changes to sales teams
• General Support: Prepare reports and presentations on compensation integration progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration activities and decisions
• Assist with employee communications regarding compensation changes
• Support ad-hoc compensation projects as needed
