With over 100 locations, Sono Bello is the largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery practice in the nation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards intern to help support the administration of our employee compensation, benefits, and leave programs. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources, data analysis, and organizational operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR systems, supporting benefits administration, and assisting in compensation-related projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

Responsibilities

  • Support compensation processes such as salary survey participation, data entry, and reporting
  • Help prepare compensation and benefits reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes and communications
  • Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and process improvements
  • Create annual calendars outlining the timing of compensation & benefits related projects and reporting
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures
  • Develop and implement Benefits communication plan
  • Other duties as assigned
