We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards intern to help support the administration of our employee compensation, benefits, and leave programs. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources, data analysis, and organizational operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR systems, supporting benefits administration, and assisting in compensation-related projects.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

Responsibilities

Support compensation processes such as salary survey participation, data entry, and reporting
Help prepare compensation and benefits reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist with benefits enrollment processes and communications
Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and process improvements
Create annual calendars outlining the timing of compensation & benefits related projects and reporting
Create Standard Operating Procedures
Develop and implement Benefits communication plan
Other duties as assigned
