As a Total Rewards Coordinator, this role plays a critical role in the operations of the organization’s Total Rewards strategy. This role supports the organization’s total rewards plans and programs, which may include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits policies and/or compensation programs for US and International employees. Incumbents will ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local benefit and/or compensation laws. Incumbents will also provide analytical and administrative support and may recommend program enhancements.
