Your Impact As Total Rewards Manager, you'll build and lead Accelevation's compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs. You'll help create a modern, performance-based rewards strategy that attracts exceptional talent, supports business growth, and enables leaders to make fast, informed, and differentiated pay decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, or a related people function
  • Demonstrated experience designing or improving compensation programs, incentive plans, benefits strategies, or total rewards processes
  • Experience leading compensation cycles, open enrollment, market pricing, salary surveys, and rewards communications
  • Strong compensation analysis, benchmarking, incentive design, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of equity compensation concepts and administration
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities with experience using HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and survey platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to executives, managers, and employees
  • Experience building programs and processes in a growing or evolving organization

  • CCP, GRP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead Accelevation's total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, equity, recognition, and related programs
  • Design and continuously improve performance-based compensation programs that reward impact, accountability, and results
  • Develop compensation frameworks, market pricing methodologies, and decision-making tools that support managers and business leaders
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and market research to support hiring, promotions, retention, and annual planning
  • Manage compensation planning processes including merit increases, incentive programs, bonuses, and equity recommendations
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on equity program administration and governance
  • Lead benefits strategy, vendor management, renewals, plan design, and cost analysis to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings
  • Project manage annual open enrollment and coordinate with brokers, carriers, payroll, HRIS, Finance, and communications stakeholders
  • Build manager and employee communications that explain compensation, benefits, and equity programs clearly and transparently
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide insight into reward spend, market competitiveness, utilization, and trends
  • Ensure compliance with applicable compensation, benefits, wage and hour, and pay transparency requirements
  • Establish scalable processes, documentation, and operating rhythms that support future growth of the Total Rewards function
