About The Position

We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to help shape and support a competitive, colleague-focused Total Rewards strategy that drives engagement, retention, and organizational success. In this role, you will support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization’s overall people strategy. The Total Rewards Analyst partners across the business to help create a positive colleague experience, support engagement initiatives, and ensure compensation and benefits programs align with the company’s values, behaviors, and people-first culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits programs, analytics, or Total Rewards within a medium-to-large business environment
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, HR analytics, and HR compliance
  • Proven experience using market data tools such as PayScale (or similar platforms) and participating in compensation surveys
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations related to compensation and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present compensation and benefits information to both executives and colleagues
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Experience leveraging HRIS platforms such as Workday to drive operational efficiency and data-informed people decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to connect people insights to broader business strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and discretion with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and Affirmative Action, and related compliance requirements
  • Ability to apply employment law knowledge in a practical, business-focused manner

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration, analysis, and enhancement of compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Review and analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations for enhancements or adjustments based on market trends and evolving business needs.
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including required reporting and documentation.
  • Partner with P&C teams and business leaders to assess job descriptions, create job families, and evaluate internal equity across the organization.
  • Prepare compensation reports, metrics, and presentations to support leadership decisions and budgeting efforts.
  • Maintain job descriptions and compensation-related documentation.
  • Support the administration and optimization of colleague benefits programs, including health benefits, dental and vision plans, retirement programs (including 401(k)), life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Assist with annual reviews of benefits programs, including cost analysis, colleague satisfaction surveys, and identification of enhancement opportunities and program modifications.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits programs, including ERISA, ACA, and COBRA.
  • Assist in communicating benefits program changes to colleagues and providing guidance regarding coverage options, plan details, and claims processes.
  • Compile and analyze compensation and benefits data to provide reports and recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain analytics systems and track key metrics, including compensation benchmarking, benefits utilization, and colleague engagement with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist with audits and ensure accurate, timely compensation and benefits reporting.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for colleague compensation and benefits inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
