MSA is seeking to add a Total Rewards Analyst to our HR Team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and evolving MSA’s Total Rewards strategy. While the primary focus is on compensation analysis, administration, and program development, this role also contributes to the broader Total Rewards ecosystem by evaluating programs, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance our overall employee value proposition. We are looking for someone who thinks like an analyst first, being comfortable working with data, models, and scenario-based decision making. This individual should bring a strong compensation foundation, with the ability to zoom out and assess Total Rewards programs holistically. They should naturally question assumptions and validate decisions with data and market insights, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders.
