About The Position

MSA is seeking to add a Total Rewards Analyst to our HR Team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and evolving MSA’s Total Rewards strategy. While the primary focus is on compensation analysis, administration, and program development, this role also contributes to the broader Total Rewards ecosystem by evaluating programs, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance our overall employee value proposition. We are looking for someone who thinks like an analyst first, being comfortable working with data, models, and scenario-based decision making. This individual should bring a strong compensation foundation, with the ability to zoom out and assess Total Rewards programs holistically. They should naturally question assumptions and validate decisions with data and market insights, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders. MSA specializes in the sustainable development of communities and is proud to be 100% employee owned. With roots reaching back to 1919, MSA has grown from a rural land survey company into a leading multidisciplinary firm of over 550 engineers, architects, planners, funding experts, surveyors, GIS experts, environmental scientists, and more who are committed to making communities better places to live, work, and play.
