Tortilla Clerk TFM
About The Position
The Tortilla Clerk provides quality customer service in a retail store environment and serves as a role model for the company by demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and cleanliness in the department. Duties include maintaining product freshness; ordering inventory; packaging tortillas, chips, tostadas, and other department products; cleaning and organizing coolers; maintaining cooler temperature logs; and keeping the tortilla machine clean. The role requires continuous walking and standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic kitchen skills.
- Valid Food Handlers Card.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
