About The Position

The Top Seller Assistant supports the salesperson throughout the selling process and helps deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes preparing fitting rooms with selected merchandise, contributing to team goals and positive working relationships, and completing daily department maintenance such as stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning. The position requires frequent movement and handling merchandise, including lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Support the salesperson in all aspects of the selling process.
Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
